2. Go to C:\TC\BIN and take 'TC.exe' file

or

Go to Run (search 'run' in start)and copy below location to it
C:\TC\BIN\Tc.exe

Note: If you are useing Win 7 choose ignore to run c++, use magnifier (search 'magnifier' in start) to zoom it
